We are very active in the growth and well being of the industry.
We are a member of National Electrical Contractors Association and Richard Green is a board member, and is also on the joint safety committee.
John Green has served on the Region Building Advisory Board, and is on the local Joint Apprentice Training Committee.
Tom Scott our superintendent has served on the local Joint Apprentice Training Committee.
During the past several years we have employed between thirty and one hundred and forty electricians and apprentices from the IBEW. This gives us a very flexible workforce of high quality employees that are well trained and disciplined. Our shop has an extraordinary large ratio of master electricians.
Green Electric Incorporated is family-owned and operated right here in Colorado Springs, CO. Since our company opened in 1985, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch.
John Green, has spent thirty years in the Electrical Field and is familiar with all aspects of the trade. John has also specialized in Medical facilities. John is in charge of pre-job cost and analysis, project coordination and management. He will attend meetings, do value engineering, and schedule deliveries, as well as being in charge of documentation and billing.
Richard Green, VP and full partner of Green Electric Inc. started working in the electrical industry in 1972. He completed the JATC apprenticeship in 1976 and holds a CO Master Electrician License; he has had extensive experience as a Foreman, General Foreman and Project Manager. He has considerable experience in all areas of commercial and industrial electrical work. He has broad experience in the healthcare field and as a Project Manager completed numerous projects for Penrose/ St. Francis Healthcare. He has taken electrical projects from the preliminary budget, helped with design assist, to value engineering, project coordination and final commissioning. This assures that our customers receive the best value possible for their electrical dollar.
